Instead of asking users to repeatedly enter the same details or submit supporting documents, the service can receive only the attributes authorised for its approved purpose. TRIDENT does not replace the source system or create an unrestricted central repository of Government data.
How it works

- The information is obtained from the authoritative or approved source.
- The form is pre-filled for the user to review and confirm.
- The service continues with its own validation and submission process.
